HOW CAN I TRY THE PRODUCTS?
The best way to try our formulas is to order one of our sample collections Sample shop. We create samples to order; We do not sell products at our manufacturing facility.
WHAT KIND OF COSMETIC PRODUCTS DO YOU MANUFACTURE?
We focus on skincare for the face and body. Mainly highly active formulas that are suitable for beautician treatment rooms, clinical settings, and pharmacies. Nevertheless, true to our mission, we provide quick solutions for a wide range of customers, and we can facilitate any market needs.

ARE YOUR FORMULAS VEGAN, NATURAL, AND/OR CERTIFIED ORGANIC?
Snap Cosmetics is committed to making sustainable, cruelty-free products. Our products include natural and certified organic ingredients as much as possible, but we do not limit ourselves. We use synthetics where we find it necessary for formula safety, stability, and performance. For example, we use peptides that are synthetic and Manuka honey which is not vegan. You can find specific product attributes in the ‘About the product’ section for all the information related to your product of interest.
WHAT IS MOQ? WHAT ARE SNAP COSMETICS MOQ?
MOQ stands for Minimum Order Quantities. We offer low MOQs to fit businesses at every stage:

WHAT DOES THE PRODUCT PRICE INCLUDE
The product price includes manufacturing, filling, label printing and application, and packing of a complete product ready to be dispatched.
- It does not include:
- Shipping*
- Label design
- Label printer set up – once-off payment for new label design.
- Tube machine set up – once-off payment for new tubes.
- Sachet machine set up - once-off payment for new foil.
*Exception applies when different promotions are initiated by our sales team.
WHAT IS YOUR LEAD TIME?
We optimize our manufacturing for rapid fulfillment. Standard lead times once order details and artwork are approved:
- Standard Orders (< 1,000 units)
- Dispatched within 1 to 14 working days
- Large Volume Orders (> 1,000 units)
- Additional 1 to 14 working days depending on batch size
HOW DO I CUSTOMISE MY COSMETIC PACKAGING?
You can send us your branded containers for filling, or you can create your label design with your logo and product information. We will print and apply your branded label to our containers.
To create your label design, we will supply you with a label template and easy-to-follow label guidelines. You can then use your designer or brief one of our designers to create a label tailored to your brand (submitting high-quality print files is essential)
WHAT INFORMATION IS REQUIRED ON A COSMETIC PRODUCT?
Snap Cosmetics will guide you every step of the way to ensure that your products labels or packaging meet all requirements and regulations.
- Your labels/packaging must have the following:
- Product Name
- Product Volume
- Directions
- Warning and Storage
- Description
- Ingredients list
- Bar code
- Batch Number & expiry dates
- Made in (country name)
- Company, business, or brand name
- Address (City, State & postcode)

WHAT PACKAGING OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?
Currently, we stock recyclable white PET bottles and jars for your custom cosmetics. We're constantly expanding our packaging options, so be sure to check our Packaging Library page for updates.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING COSTS?
We use Australia Post for domestic shipping, with rates calculated live and displayed at checkout. For orders exceeding 22kg or international shipments, we'll send you a personalized shipping quote before dispatch. Alternatively, you're welcome to arrange your own shipping for these orders.
CAN I EXPORT YOUR PRODUCTS?
Absolutely! Snap cosmetics team is well-versed in exporting and our facility meets all necessary requirements. We have extensive experience in handling documentation for product registration to the global market and can support all customer needs. Currently, we export to countries across Asia, Europe, and the USA.

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND CHANGES
We understand that situations may change, but to ensure efficient order processing and timely delivery, please carefully review your selections (products, quantities, and packaging) before checkout. Once an order is confirmed, modifications may become difficult due to our prompt fulfillment process. Please note: cancellations due to changes of mind are not possible after order confirmation.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Snap Cosmetics is a business-to-business manufacturer specializing in private-label skincare products, most of our creations are custom-made to your specifications. Due to this personalized nature, all sales are typically final.
However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. We are committed to working with you to find a solution in the following instances:
Incorrect Items: If you receive a product that differs from your confirmed order, please notify us immediately. We'll be happy to arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.
Damaged Products: In the rare case that a product arrives faulty. Please provide clear photos as proof within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Other Considerations: We may consider returns for other situations on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you have any concerns.
Please note:
We can only accept returns for unopened, unused, and/or resaleable items following our NCR procedure approval.
No refund applies to Sample kits, they are intended to help you try our products and are sold as a final sale.
DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM COSMETIC FORMULATION DEVELOPMENT?
We specialize in creating custom cosmetic formulations, but this service is tailored toward businesses with prior experience in cosmetic product development. Our extensive experience allows us to leverage various delivery systems that enhance ingredient stability, absorption, and penetration for optimal performance while delivering a luxurious sensory experience for the end user. We can readily incorporate your specific ingredient requests. However, this customization extends the timeline, minimum order quantities (MOQs), and costs. WHAT ARE THE STEPS IN THE COSMETIC DEVELOPMENT PROCESS?
Snap Cosmetics follows a 7-stage development cycle for custom formulations:
- 1. Concept
- Target market analysis, product positioning, formulation costing, and packaging concepts.
- 2. Sourcing
- Procuring raw cosmetic materials, packaging components, and regulatory checks.
- 3. Design
- Formulation chemistry, artwork preparation, and INCI label compliance check.
- 4. Sampling
- Batch sample evaluation, texture/scent feedback, and customer approval.
- 5. Testing
- Stability testing, shelf-life verification, safety (PET/sensitivity), and packaging compatibility.
- 6. Manufacturing
- Batch upscaling, automated filling, assembly, final packaging, and QA/QC clearance.
- 7. Post-Market Surveillance
- Ongoing quality testing and product performance evaluation.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DEVELOP A COSMETIC PRODUCT?
The acceptable industry standard is 6-12 months from concept to market launch, however, Timelines may be accelerated or delayed due to specific project requirements and team experience. The most important stage for a great achievement will be your concept stage, the clearer you are on what you want the quicker the results will be.
