Services

We provide cosmetic private label services, including but not limited to the development, manufacturing, and packaging of custom cosmetic products.

Orders

Order Placement: To place an order, you must provide accurate and complete information.
Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason.
Pricing: Pricing will be reviewed on an annual basis in line with movement in global prices and domestic conditions. Prices on the website are subject to change without notice.
Payment: Payment must be made in full before we commence production unless otherwise agreed in writing in. Snap Cosmetics is under no obligation to ship any goods ordered until payment for those goods has been received in full.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping: We will ship your order during normal business hours to the address specified in the order. The Goods ordered will be delivered using our company’s shipping method (third-party shipping carriers). we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage once goods leave our warehouse.
Shipping Costs: You will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price for the goods you purchase. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order.
Shipping rates: calculated live and displayed at checkout. For orders exceeding 22kg or international shipments, we'll send you a personalized shipping quote after an order is placed. Alternatively, you're welcome to arrange your own shipping for these orders.
Delivery Times: Delivery times are estimates of third-party delivery carriers and my very. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or other unforeseen circumstances.

Returns and Refunds

Snap Cosmetics is a business-to-business manufacturer specializing in private-label skincare products, most of our creations are custom-made to your specifications. Due to this personalized nature, all sales are typically final.

Snap Cosmetics can accept Returns/ Refunds requests for goods sold on our site for the any of the following reasons:

Good is broken/faulty.
Good does not match the description
Good is the wrong size

Snap Cosmetics does not provide any refund in the case of change of mind.

Snap Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse return of goods which are damaged after leaving its warehouse. Goods must not be returned to Snap Cosmetics without the prior written consent by Snap Cosmetics. Where Goods are returned without such consent, Snap Cosmetics may return the Goods back to the Customer at the Customers’ expense.

If goods need to be returned, they can be made by mail following the procedure provided by Snap Cosmetics. All goods to be returned by the Customer to Snap Cosmetics must be returned in their original packaging and must be in an unused condition.

Returns: Returns are subject to our approval. In most cases, we can only accept returns for unopened, unused, and/or resaleable items.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued for defective or damaged products only. No refund applies to Sample kits.

Any inappropriate use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display, or transmission of any content on this site is strictly prohibited, unless specifically authorized by Snap Cosmetics.

Miscellaneous

If the Customer provides their own packaging, they will be responsible for all related matters.

Volume: It is customer responsibility to check the capacity intended packaging. To ensure that you are satisfying your volume requirements as well as the legal requirements in the country of sale. Our volumetric labels are intended only as a guide and match snap cosmetic packaging.
Copy: It is customer responsibility to ensure that the information provided on the packaging is compatible with legislation and accurate as per product information supplied by snap cosmetics.
Compatibility: It is customer responsibility to preform packaging compatibility of our packaging before proceeding with order. This can be done by purchasing samples and testing the formula in your packaging before sending us your selected components.
Quality: It is customer responsibility to check the condition and quality of the packaging including but not limited to clarity of print, cleanliness of components, and alignment of labels prior to sending us your packaging.

Governing Law

Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising under these terms and conditions shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Victoria, Australia.

Changes to Terms

Modifications: We may modify these terms at any time.
Notification: We will notify you of any changes to these terms.
